In My Mailbox / Mailbox Monday

In My Mailbox is hosted by The Story Siren.  Mailbox Monday is a floating meme founded by The Printed Page.  This month, Mailbox Monday is hosted by Knitting and Sundries.

Oh look, new goodies!

This week, I got books in both my email and snail mailboxes.

The hardcopy book is Moonlight Mile by Dennish Lehane.

The ebook is Cat the Vamp by Christina Martine.

My review pile is starting to take up more space than I ever anticipated.  I've got enough books to do a review a week through February of 2011.  Granted, it's nowhere near the 700+ books I've heard other bloggers have waiting for them, but it seems like a lot when I'm staring at the stack on my coffee table.

Guess I'd better get reading.

  1. If you're not careful, those review books will take over your house! LOL Both of your books look good and I hope you enjoy them.

  2. I'd like to read Moonlight. Have you finished? I hope you enjoyed it. I am lol about all the books awaiting your attention. They do add up quick, so many great books out there. I had an MG in my mail this week, a blog win. It was a lot of fun

  3. I say it's always better to have too many books than too few. Enjoy!

  4. What do you mean *if* I'm not careful? The review books already ARE taking over! ;-) I can't really complain though. I love books. I might have to hold some give-aways when I'm finished and spread the love.

I've got a couple of books in line ahead of Moonlight Mile so it will be a couple of weeks before I can get to it. Check back to read my review.

  5. I used to get backlogged like that with review books and it stressed me out! I've gotten much better. Good luck! My mailbox is at The Crowded Leaf.

  6. I have about 30 review books waiting for me. I had it down to 11 one month when I decided not to accept review books for a period of time to catch up! The ARC's I don't review until the week or two after their release, so that helps a bit. I can't even imagine have hundreds of review books waiting for me; it would stress me out WAY too much! I do try to give out most of my books, except for the few that make it to my "keeper" shelves! I really liked Moonlight Mile; it was pretty funny!

  7. Both of your goodies look pretty good to me too! It's hard not to have too many books stacking up when there are such great books out there to be read! I hope you enjoy all of your reads!
